New Stores

Hello everyone just wanted you to know that Speltlicious has a few new stores. Food Front in Portland Oregon, Andy's Market in College Place Washington, and Ojo Caleinta Gift shop in Ojo Caleinta in New Mexico. Please stop buy and get you favorite cookies. Also Tallahassee Florida now has my cookies at New Leaf Market. I hurt my back today lifting to many bags of Spelt flour hopefully it will not slow me down to much. Remember to eat a cookie a day to keep a smile on your face.

Busy Week

It seems everyone needs cookies this week. The sale in Taos is doing great the favorite for the week is Chocolate Chip. My favorite is also chocolate chip how can you go wrong with a dark chocolate chip cookie fresh out of the oven. Wedensday I will take cookies down to Whole Foods in Sante Fe and ABQ.

If any one has a coop or natural food store in there town and think my Speltlicious cookies would do well please send me the name of the store and I will send them some samples. I will soon post some pictures and a write up about spelt flour and the benifits of using spelt. Have a great day and remember to eat your daily dose of cookies.

Baking Day!

Off to bake around 4000 cookies. This will take us around 4 hours the whole kitchen will smell like one big cookie. On Friday we will ship out fresh spelt cookies. I will also be delievering fresh cookies to Cids in Taos New Mexico they are having a sale this week on all three varieties chocolate chip, cranberry oatmeal and the wedding of course. So if you are in Taos make sure you stop by Cids Market and get your favorite cookies. Enjoy your day..
