Baking Day!

Off to bake around 4000 cookies. This will take us around 4 hours the whole kitchen will smell like one big cookie. On Friday we will ship out fresh spelt cookies. I will also be delievering fresh cookies to Cids in Taos New Mexico they are having a sale this week on all three varieties chocolate chip, cranberry oatmeal and the wedding of course.
